“I came to Stephanie about two months ago after being recommended by one of her clients as I was looking to clean up my diet and get on track to better body composition. I was immediately blown away by how much attention to detail that Stephanie puts into all the programs! As we began to work together, Stephanie opened my eyes to a lot of details that I wouldn't have normally paid attention to if I was doing my own nutritional programming. These details have ended up being huge game changers! Things like fiber, stress levels, meal size, timing and frequency are all things that I have changed or improved upon. The results have been amazing! All while letting me choose the foods I want to eat and having the flexibility to have that cheat meal that everyone craves. I have also seen an improvement in my training! As a powerlifter, I was just eating whatever I could get my hands on and not really worrying about anything aside from the amount of protein I would get in a day. This worked well but I wasn't really happy with how I looked. With Stephanie, I am stronger than I was before starting with her! All while eating less calories, being lighter and looking better! But probably the most important thing that I have noticed is that she keeps you accountable. Everyone has bad days and Stephanie is there every step of the way. She is there to support you and answer any questions you have in a way that makes sense. I am looking forward to what can be accomplished but I know I am in good hands with Stephanie as a coach!”
